Ms. Ann Coulter has more than 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors creating and leading participatory planning processes and turning plans into completed projects. Her work has ranged widely from affordable housing to town and city planning, from leadership development to documentary film.
At KCRW she has led public participation processes for the 2006 Knoxville South Waterfront Plan and the 2007 Nashville
Downtown Waterfront Redevelopment Plan. She was Principal in Charge of the 2007 King's Port on the Holston Project and the
2007 Chattanooga Main Street Revitalization Plan. She also represents KCRW as Turley Fellow at the University of Memphis,
geared toward the high quality redevelopment of the University District.
