The IC-IC is an initial co-promotion of the FIEP System (Federation of Industries of the State of Parana), the City Hall of Curitiba (Brazil), the City Hall of Bangalore (India), the City Hall of Grand Lyon (France) and the City Hall of Austin (U.S.A.) having as co hosts the City Halls of Maringá, Londrina, Ponta Grossa and Cascavel, all from Paraná State, Brazil.
